DAMPER
- 6 cup plain flour
- 1 Tbs bi carbonate of soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cup milk (add until texture
is right,
not all needs to always be added)
Knead all ingredients together. Slowly
start adding the milk. Slowly introduce
the coals around pot. Place half a
shovel of coals on the lid 15 minutes
later.
Should be cooked in 45min to 1 hour
